Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble and pack your furniture in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
